Poor baby has allergies really bad on top of her wrapped leg and her cone :(

Why does cocoa (is it cocoa?) have a cone on? and a wrapped leg? poor puppy.
I hate that they can't talk. If my baby could talk I hope she would tell me whether or not it hurts,if she really wants to take that walk today on her bad leg or if it makes it hurt more...and if it was "time" that it was okay and shed be fine.
Unfortunately that time is coming and still no luck getting her to talk.
